- 3/4 cup kosher salt
 - 1/4 cup smoked paprika
 - 1/4 cup onion powder
 - 1/4 cup garlic powder
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 2 tablespoons dried thyme
 - 2 tablespoons dried basil
 - 2 tablespoons dried oregano
 - 1 tablespoons dried rosemary
 - 2 tablespoons dried parsley
 - 2 tablespoons dry mustard
 - 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
 - 2 tablespoons black pepper
 
Place all ingredients
together, mix and store in an air-tight container.  Enjoy! 
Note:  I place all
ingredients into a food processor and give it a whirl.  It makes mixing easier, as well as producing
a finer texture.
